A. JOURNEY MANAGEMENT / LAND TRANSPORTATION AUDIT
The main purpose of the Journey Managgement / Land Transportation Audit to determine the strenght and the area which is need the improvement. Land transportation management in place which should exist accordingly, working properly and done by service contractors and this will be demonstrated. This is not an inspection visit to identify all the things that are not properly done nor intended as a full auditor program, the audit team will be focus on land transportation management.
The goal is to determine the strenghts of the current land trasportation management in place, in order to ultimately eleminate driving fatalities and injuries to all client employess, families, contractor and third parties and minimize damage to equipment finally identify where it is no yealding the desired and result.
Suggestions will be made by the audit team as to where efforts need to be focused, however it will be up to review this finding and finalize their own action plan in order to adress all the issues raised by the audit team. And its va guide to help client evaluate their the current land transportation management and making good remedial work plan
B. DRIVER SOFT SKILL ASSESSMENT
Is an evaluation of the knowledge they have acquired from previous training either current experience. This evaluation is done by the method of written test and interview one by one from each candidate. Parameter evaluation will cover the elements of behavior, an understanding of the vehicle and low risk driving techniques. The method of evaluation wills measure the depth understanding of a candidate's knowledge over their driving activities.
TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS (TNA) process is a series of activities conducted to identify problems or other issues in the workplace, and to determine whether training is an appropriate response. The needs analysis is usually the first step taken to cause a change. This is mainly because a needs analysis specifically defines the gap between the current and the desired individual and organizational performances.
C. VEHICLE ASSESSMENT
The objective of the assessment is to giving detail overview of equipment condition currently presented by related available trucks both on “Primary & Secondary” Assessment will be referred to approve national (UULAJR 22 th.2009) and international standard.
However it is not a full mechanical assessment that would require a detail examination and testing of all mechanical aspects of the equipment
The scope of service included providing self assessment guidance prior to assessment days. The assessment coverage will be: identification general and main component ‐ engine compartment ‐driver/operator cab included tinted film (shall be no more than 40% of gradation) ‐ braking system conditions – wheel, tires and steering system conditions ‐ suspension system ‐ coupling system – restraint system conditions, trailer, vehicle/equipment safety devices/operational aide and document support.

D. ROAD ASSESSMENT

Hazards map, notes and action to be taken and suggestions will be made by the JDDC team as to where efforts need to be focused.
